The unit is laid out so a job moves in one direction: reel to print to cut to paste to handle-fitting to counting and cartoning. Nothing doubles back. That is why a 50,000-piece printed order does not take three times as long as a 15,000-piece one — the setup is the slow part, not the running.
Twisted rope and rope handles are made on the same floor, which is unusual for a unit our size. It means we are not waiting on a handle supplier to finish your bags, and it is why other bag manufacturers across North India buy their handles from us.
